Juan José Santos

Art critic and independent curator. He is the founding director of Art on Trial. Author of the books "Curating Latin America" ​​(Cendeac, 2018), "Curating Latin America Vol. II" (Cendeac, 2020), and "Judgment of Post-Judgment: What is the Use of Art Criticism Today?" (Spanish Ministry of Culture and Sports, 2019). He contributes to El País and its supplement Babelia, ARTnews, Bomb magazine, Momus, Spike, and Berlin Art Link, among others. He is a doctoral candidate at the Autonomous University of Madrid, researching alternative museums in Latin America.
