Next Tuesday, April 7, at 6:30 p.m., German curator Hannah Katalin Grimmer will give a lecture based on her doctoral thesis research, entitled "The Art of the Future. Artistic Activism and Resistant Memory in Chile." Based on the slogans No+, Somos+, and Dignidad, which emerged from social movements, this research analyzes murals, stencils, collages, photographs, paintings, and performances, highlighting how artistic practices reactivate and recontextualize motifs and symbols over time and through different media.
