Paz Errázuriz

Paz Errázuriz is a Chilean photographer born in 1944, winner of the 2017 National Plastic Arts Award and co-founder of the Association of Independent Photographers (AFI). In the early 1970s she began her self-taught training in photography, which she later perfected at the International Center of Photography in New York. Her work usually portrays individuals or collectives excluded from society, building an imaginary of the marginal and of the bodies that have claimed, in their difference, dignity or justice.
