Claudio Correa

Claudio Correa is a Chilean visual artist born in Arica in 1972. He has devoted much of his work to critical commentary on history and reflection on the relationships between visual devices and power structures, also dealing with the hierarchies to which the subject is subjected and the practices and technologies that determine their physical and emotional integrity. His works have been exhibited at the 8th Havana Biennial, the 5th Shanghai Biennial and in exhibitions in Germany, Argentina, the United States, France, Holland, Sweden, Uruguay and Spain.
