Artist, curator, art critic, writer, and editor. He was curator of Art Forum at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin American Studies at Harvard University, where he curated more than thirty exhibitions of avant-garde Latin American and Latino artists. Until July 2017, he was a member of the Department of Art History and Architecture at Harvard University, where he completed postdoctoral studies. He currently teaches Art and Human Rights at the University of Connecticut.
