Enrique Ramírez

Santiago, 1979

Enrique Ramírez is an artist born in Santiago in 1979 and currently based in Paris. He studied a bachelor's degree in audiovisual communication with a mention in cinema at the ARCOS Professional Institute and subsequently joined Le Fresnoy's Master in Contemporary Art and New Media at Tourcoing. His works (movies, photographs and installations) work around the migrations and discontinuity of memory, mixing writing, sound and image and intersecting fiction and documentary. He has exhibited as Le Palais de Tokyo, Centre Pompidou, Espace Culturel Louis Vuitton, Museum Amparo and Museum of the Memory of Santiago.
